非常小非常舊的一棟樓，沒有電梯，走路上樓入住。衞生不敢恭維，一進屋，滿屋是前面客人沐浴後的沐浴露味道，且房間很潮濕。要不是飛機晚點實在太困，真是無法入眠的居住環境。加上酒店入住時付款的費用大約700一晚，這條件在國內70元差不多了。慎重慎重！

這家酒店一定避坑，首先，根本沒有中文服務，第二，酒店根本不是新的，特別臟，床單，枕頭都不知道多少年的，酒店裡麵環境巨差，臟了吧唧，燈還一閃一閃的。到了好多收費，前台和我要98刀，我説我這個顯示到了再付48刀就可以。她看半天，來句SORRY 還有周邊環境非常差，晚上樓下聲音特別嘈雜。吵的沒法睡覺。

hulhumale島上大部分酒店的設施都比較老舊，如果可以捨棄衞生條件那麼這家店是個很有性價比的選擇。 接待我的前台自稱是個新員工，他盡力滿足了我的所有要求，態度很好，但在我離店時他詢問我是否需要送機服務，我至少問了他三次是否收費，他都回答不收費。等了一段時間他像是叫了輛avas ride，我覺得可能是酒店的車輛當前沒空他叫了他的朋友幫忙或者是他自費幫我叫車，結果到機場司機卻問我要錢，10美元！我自己叫avas ride也才4美元。

The property is very close to every thing. The groceries, public beach, very convenient. Staff service is very good specially from Isha who is very accommodating even before I arrived until I departed the property. The room is very clean. Bidet handle/sprayer is a bit hard though. I suggest to add kettle and coffee amenity in the room, then it’s perfect. Great for one or 2 days lay over. I love the Koi in front of their hotel.

The one thing I am tremendously happy and grateful for is the customer service team at RaRa HM. Special mention for Isha for her attention to the guest needs and extraordinary help given to make my stay an enjoyable one. She was polite and patience. Helps a lot in giving information related to touristy matters. I must say she is well informed and knowledgeable. And also the rest of the crew working at the hotel lobby are helpful and friendly team

Could have improved alot in cleaness of the place and all. Old property but staffs were nice. Amenities and all could offer more . Lot of things damaged and all.
